February 2021 - Parent Input for the 21-22 School Year

Thank you for your participation in our Title I Parent Meeting. Now that you have reviewed the requirements for our Title I program, we need your input for how we can keep improving at Ballard!

Please take a few minutes to answer the survey questions. Your answers will be used to help us plan for next year's Title I budget, Parent & Family Engagement Policy, and Home-School Compact.

* 3. Every year, all parents and students sign the Home-School compact at the beginning of the school year. The Home-School compact lists ways that we are depending on parents/guardians to support their chidren's education. Please give your opinion to let us know if you think we should include these in our 21-22 compact.
