Hinesburg thrives on community engagement. We gather at our schools, library, town hall, and soon, our town commons, to connect, learn, and enjoy shared experiences. Reimagining the Hinesburg Vestry in its current location as a vibrant community center perfectly aligns with this active spirit and has garnered strong support. By thoughtfully incorporating the few historically significant elements of the existing structure, especially its beautiful windows, we can create a dynamic space capable of hosting a wide range of activities. Imagine meetings for up to 100 people, captivating art exhibitions, inspiring dance and poetry performances, enriching classes, and countless other community events. This revitalized center promises to become a bustling hub for our town.
