What is the podcast?

ZDHC Podcasts will examine the future of sustainability, design, innovation and implementation for the fashion and textile industries.

The podcast will consist of 20-30 minute conversations with individuals currently working in some aspect of the fashion industry. This can include designers, managers, chemical engineers, etc. who are implementing and/or innovating sustainable solutions in their area of work.

What is the committee?
The creative committee will guide the development of the podcast. This will include:
  • Consultation in the selection of interviewees
  • Consultation in sourcing questions to guide the conversation
  • Potential to join Q&A sessions, roundtable discussions and other opportunities to interact directly with podcast guests.
  • Consultation in branding and marketing
The committee will meet twice per month, starting in September.

Why students?
By taking the student perspective, we avoid second-guessing the experience level of our audience and can ask questions with fresh eyes. The podcast will be marketed to students and "curious minds" in the broader fashion and textile industry.
