This is an anonymous and confidential survey for community groups based in the Albert-Eden area, which includes Pt Chevalier, Waterview, Mt Albert, Mt Eden, Kingsland, Balmoral, Epsom and Greenlane.
What do we mean by 'community group'? For the purpose of this survey a community group is a non-profit group or organisation that has the primary aim of working to provide activities and benefits to the community. It can be a registered charity or incorporated society, but doesn't have to be.
The survey is part of a project innovate change has been asked to carry out by Albert-Eden Local Board. The project is intended to help the board understand how to support leaseholders, community groups and the wider community to get the best outcomes from community facilities.
