Candidate 1: Reijo Kauppila - the head of the EAAP Scandinavian cluster.
Dr. Reijo Kauppila was born in Helsinki, Finland. He holds a M.Ed. from the University of Helsinki. He is the Director of the Helsinki Psychodrama Institute and a leadership Coach at Muutosvalmennus Reijo Kauppila Oy. He is also the Chairman of the Federation of European Psychodrama Training Organisations (FEPTO) and one of Finland's most prominent "adult learning" experts. The main strategy that he will follow if he is elected president of the European Association of Applied Psychology will be related to improving the scientific cooperation of member states and all associated members and organisations. The organisation of international conferences, seminars, and professional exchange activities will be the basis of this strategy.

Candidate 2: Bine Thomsen - professionally accredited counsellor, active EAAP member.
Bine Thomsen was born in Denmark. She has her "Cand. psychologiae" degree from Aarhus University. She is also a very active member of the association and has earned a professional accreditation from the EAAP in 2022. As one of the leading child therapists and active professionals in Copenhagen, she plans to expand EAAP’s network to new areas in Europe and to expend the activity of the association in the direction of creating training centers and institutes to operate on the territory of all countries that have the necessary number of active members. In order to achieve this goal, she will rely on the internal expertise of the accredited institutions and the professionals who are part of the EAAP.

Candidate 3: Yasen Dimitrov-  currently the head of cluster Balkans, Eastern, and Central Europe of the EAAP.
Dr. Yasen Dimitrov was born in Sofia, Bulgaria. He holds a PhD in Human Resources and is an Associate Professor in Business Psychology. He is also the head of the Behavioural Unit, formed as part of the first Bulgarian Experimental Laboratory (VUZF Lab). During his consulting and academic career, he conducted and participated in many international projects in and outside of Europe and is one of the EAAP’s founding members. If he is elected president of EAAP, he will focus his efforts in two directions. The first is the popularization of the activities of the association, and for these purposes, it intends to start an official scientific journal to be published by the association.                The second direction is the enrichment of the activities of the association with joint training programs for its members. For the realization of these goals, the resources of the partner organizations and the institutions accredited by EAAP will be used.
