The National Retirees Legislative Network would appreciate learning your opinions on key retirement issues so that it will help the NRLN establish priorities to better serve retirees and future retirees.

While you may not consider some of the available responses ideal, please check the response that comes the closest to your opinion.

Questions 1, 2 and 3 are marked with an * [asterisk] to show the questions must be answered before advancing in the survey. Your name and email address are requested so the NRLN can email important retirement information to you. Your home address, requested in questions 4 through 7, is optional. If you complete your home address the NRLN’s system can identify your Congressional District and State so if an NRLN sample letter needs to be sent to your U.S. Representatives and Senators you can be notified. Your contact information will be on a secure database only for communicating with government officials. Your personal information will not be sold to or provided to a third party. You will not receive junk mail as a result of participating in this survey.

There are 34 questions and most can be answered with a checkmark. The last question asks you to consider volunteering a small amount of time on NRLN efforts and on special projects. At the end of the survey you will have an opportunity, if you so choose, to write in your thoughts that you might not have been able to express through your answers to the questions/statements.

When you click "SUBMIT" at the end of the survey your answers are automatically submitted.

Survey responses are kept anonymous and confidential. Survey results (no personal information) will be emailed to those who took the survey. Thank you in advance for your time and input.
