The Bonsall Unified School District Board of Trustees is seeking input from all  community stakeholders - students, parents, staff and area residents, as part of the Facilities Master Plan process. This anonymous survey can be completed in <5 minutes. No identifiable information is captured unless you voluntarily offer personal or contact information in any of the comment fields.  Please note that comments provided may be subject to Public Information Act results. Responses will be accepted until September 7.
