HCAR Elevate 2026 is a week-long conference designed to help REALTORS® grow their business, sharpen their skills, and increase profitability in today’s market.

As part of Expo & Ed Day on June 9 at Howard Community College, we are seeking dynamic, engaging speakers to deliver 30-minute or 60-minute sessions focused on real-world strategies in areas such as:
  • Business growth & production
  • Lead generation & prospecting
  • Social media & marketing
  • Technology & AI tools
  • Contracts & risk management
  • Professionalism & leadership
  • Wealth-building strategies for REALTORS®
This is a competitive selection process. Sessions must be educational, actionable, and non-promotional. Attendees should leave with clear steps they can implement within 30–90 days.

HCAR Elevate 2026 does not provide monetary compensation for breakout speakers. Selected speakers will receive recognition in conference marketing materials and exposure to a highly engaged REALTOR® audience.

Speakers must be HCAR REALTORS® or Preferred Partners in good standing, unless approved by HCAR leadership.
