The improvements on this stretch of Baltimore Street, just north of Illinois Street and just south of Patterson Street, include upgrades to sidewalks, new curb and gutters and new drainage structures. During construction of these projects, traffic will be impacted and there may be some inconvenience for business entrances; we will work very hard to minimize these impacts and appreciate any suggestions or information you can share that may help us determine the best way to manage traffic. Please write these comments below.

I agree night-time work will be less impactful.
