REPLACEMENT DIPLOMA ORDER FORM

If you wish to order a diploma, please complete the form below and click the submit button at the bottom. Once the information submitted has been verified, we will send you a link from Records@osceolaschools.net to submit payment. Diplomas are $35 each, with prices valid for 30 days.

Allow 6-12 weeks for the diploma to be printed.

****The School District of Osceola County only maintains records for public schools. Charter and private school records need to be obtained from those schools directly. If you have questions if your school is under the School District of Osceola County, please contact the office at 407-870-4605 before completing this form.****
