Mentee Interest Form

The 2026 SOPHE Annual Conference Mentorship Program is being offered to empower participants in engaging in peer-to-peer support, building community, and cultivating a sense of belonging. Mentees can be at various stages of your career. Please respond to this interest form if you are interested in mentoring at the conference. If you respond by January 31, that would give us adequate time to match you with a mentor.

Mentors and mentees are matched via the following criteria:
  • Professional interests and expertise
  • Mentoring goals and focus areas
  • Individualized preferences

Mentors can assist mentees with topics including:
  • Navigating the conference: Share tips on the sessions, exhibits, and events to attend.
  • Career development and advancement: Build a strong resume/CV and interview tips.
  • Leadership skills: Provide encouragement and confidence building.
  • Work-life balance and self-care: Share a holistic approach.
