Laureate Criteria
A Laureate induction into the New Jersey Business Hall of Fame™ is an achievement award for individuals who have made a significant, positive impact on New Jersey. Inductees have consistently demonstrated throughout their professional lives:
   - Business excellence.
   - Visionary, innovative leadership.
   - Community involvement.
   - High ethical standards.

Through these accomplishments, Laureates serve as role models for the next generation of leaders, many of whom are currently Junior Achievement students. Laureates are inducted annually and are drawn from one of the following categories:
   - Those who are honored posthumously.
   - Those who are no longer active in a business for which they are being honored.
   - Those who are in the twilight of their careers.
   - Those who are in the prime of their careers.
