Each fire chief is required to conduct inspections and fill out this survey every other week. Any questions can be directed to Sgt. Bruce Whitney with Campus Police at x 3932.

Immiment hazards should be reported to Sgt. Whitney immediately and noted on this survey. Facility related issues can be reported on-line at http://www.wellesley.edu/Facilities/ and click on "student services request" and noted on this survey.
