NPF PFDD Post-Meeting Survey

The National Pancreas Foundation held the first-ever externally-led Patient-Focused Drug Development (EL-PFDD) meeting on pancreatitis for our pancreatitis community and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).  We want to hear from pancreatitis patients/caregivers of patients! If you attended, whether in-person or via webcast, or couldn't make it, please take a moment to complete the post-meeting survey to add to the Voice of the Patient Report that will be sent to the FDA. Survey will close June 10th.
1.Where do you currently reside?
2.What type of pancreatitis do you have?
3.On March 3rd, were you able to attend the PFDD meeting:
4.What are the top 1-3 symptoms or health effects related to your pancreatitis that are the most burdensome, and why? For example, what activities are you unable to do as much or fully because of the symptoms and health effects of your pancreatitis?
5.What treatments have you used or undergone recently, and how well do they treat the symptoms and health effects of your pancreatitis? What are the downsides of these treatments (e.g., duration of treatment, side effects)?
6.Short of a cure for your pancreatitis, what benefit would be of greatest importance to you in a future treatment? Please explain how this benefit would be meaningful to you.
