Alumni of The Year
Purpose: To give recognition to the Pine Forge Academy Alumni who have made noteworthy and substantial contributions to Pine Forge Academy or the Alumni Association in time, talent or treasure.
Eligibility Criteria: The recipient must be a graduate of Pine Forge Academy and not have received this Award in the last 10 years.
Award Criteria: The nominee must have achieved measurable success in at least two of the following criteria, one of which must include criteria #1 or #2, plus any one of the remaining criteria below:
- Time & Talents Criteria: The nominee shall have demonstrated an extraordinary connection to or contributed to the enrichment of Pine Forge Academy through volunteer activities at the academy (i.e., mentoring students, guest lecturing, and volunteer boards, committees, etc.) and/or promotion of the academy (i.e., any program to increase enrollment, provide work study opportunity, establish career exposure to its students, etc
- Financial Support Criteria: The nominee shall have demonstrated a belief in the mission and purpose of the Academy through philanthropic support of Pine Forge Academy.
- Professional Achievement Criteria: The nominee shall have distinguished him or herself in their chosen professional field of endeavor.
- Personal Achievement Criteria: The nominee shall have demonstrated integrity in his/her personal life and gained the respect of those surrounding him/her.
