Help guide some of the decisions during Nonprofit Commons transition by filling out this survey.
Since it’s founding in 2006 Nonprofit Commons in Second Life has generously been sponsored by TechSoup, and in recent years more specifically TechSoup’s Caravan Studios division, allowing for free virtual office space and weekly managed meetings. As of March 1, 2017, this will change and the Nonprofit Commons community will transition to being self-governed and funded.
The purpose of this survey is to: (a) get an idea of how many people use, or would like to use virtual office space at the Nonprofit Commons sims, (b) understand what people do in their virtual offices, (c) determine what people are willing to pay in order to support and sustain Nonprofit Commons, (d) determine the needs of the organizations at Nonprofit commons, and (e) create a list of people willing to assist with the different needs and demands of the Nonprofit Commons community.
This survey contains 11 questions and will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Although your participation is voluntary, your responses will help guide some of the decisions that we must make during this crucial transition period. Thank you!
