Dear Hollywood Nonprofit Community, 

Many of our Hollywood Community members are being impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce is here as a resource for your organization during this critical time. To help determine how we can best assist you, we have created a short survey. At the end of the survey, we ask for demographic information for purposes of summative analysis. All individual responses will be anonymous.
