Learning Objective:
After attending this workshop, the participants will be able to:
- Identify at least two neurophysiological mechanisms (e.g., polyvagal response or amygdala inhibition) that occur during the "Science of the Pause".
- Demonstrate a synchronized "Breath-to-Stitch" cycle by completing 10 consecutive crochet stitches in a self-reported state of rhythmic focus.
- Construct one textured "Stress-Relief Square" using basic stitches (HDC or BLO) to serve as a physical grounding anchor.
- Formulate a personalized "30-Second Reset" plan to use their tactile square for stress regulation between patient encounters.
- Achieve a measurable reduction in self-reported tension or heart rate between the initial hour and the final 20-minute integration session.
