Team Composition:

All teams must be comprised of one team manager who is an ACF member in good standing, four team members, and an alternate. All team members must be current ACF junior culinarian or student culinarian members in good standing, as described in the American Culinary Federation bylaws. Team composition should be carefully reviewed. All competitors must retain their junior culinarian or student culinarian member status throughout all competitions to be eligible for the national competition. Students are ineligible to compete in the “Student Team Competition” if they have competed as a professional in an American Culinary Federation and/or World Association of Chefs sanctioned competition, prior to the final day of the national finals of the “Student Team Competition” in the cycle or year they are competing in.

Intent to Compete Registration Fee:
• $100 Fee per team


Please be prepared to submit all required materials listed below:
• A completed student team application 
• Team Coaches Information (Main & Assistant)
• Team Members Information (names, ACF member numbers, chef jacket sizes)
• A Full Team Photo: high resolution, digital, color photograph in a white chef coats & hats required
                  · (minimum 300 dpi, .tif or .jpeg format, minimum
                     1200x1600 pixels)

· All required materials must be submitted before deadline - midnight on November 1, 2020
Team Eligibility:
Participating in the student team competition is a fun way to put the skills you’ve learned in the classroom to the test. As a team competitor you demonstrate dedication and experience in the culinary industry.

• All competitors must retain their junior culinarian or student culinarian member status throughout all competitions to be eligible for the national competition.
• Not have applied for any other regional or national award from ACF.
