Mt. Hood/Columbia Gorge 22/23 Scholarships

The Mt. Hood and Columbia River Gorge Regional Tourism Alliance (Mt. Hood/Gorge RDMO) is excited to offer up tourism partners in the region with scholarship opportunities this year. There are a number of amazing conferences and trainings available for folks to participate in. Our goal is to help support you and your staff in making this invaluable training and education more accessible.

In this form you will see a list of opportunities that we are able to provide scholarships for. The price tag on each varies, but our hope is to scholarship all or part of registration fees for the programs listed. This means lodging and travel costs would still need to be covered on your own. 

Scholarship applicants must live or work in Oregon (in the Mt. Hood and Columbia River Gorge region.) Multiple staff from an organization/business can apply for scholarships, however we will limit no more than 2 scholarships per organization/business for each event/conference. 

This is the first time we have managed scholarships this way for the region, so please know the process might be a little clunky, but we aim to support partners in a timely and efficient fashion. So bear with us :-)

Get your application in ASAP. We will start reviewing them on September 26th, 2022. The form will remain open until all scholarship funds have been awarded. If we have any questions about your application, we will reach out to you directly.
