I am committed to an adult education approach to training.

This is a presentation and content that I have the right to present.

NOVA does NOT provide any equipment except a projector and flip chart, if requested - I am responsible for bringing my own laptop, DVD player, and cables, if desired.

I will receive a $150 discount on full registration if a workshop of mine is selected for presentation (maximum discount is $150).

I am responsible to communicate all workshop information to all co-presenters.

I am responsible for my own travel and accommodation arrangements and expenses.

If I am a Service member or employed by the DoD, I have received permission from my Commander/Supervisor to present this material.

Please note: Submission of an application does not guarantee your workshop proposal will be included in the program. Applicants will be notified as soon as possible after the approval of the proposed workshop. Please keep a copy of this information for your records.
