Welcome!

As Buffalo continues to revitalize and reestablish connections to the city’s waterfront, the Erie Harbor Development Corporation is seeking your input on another important piece of the puzzle: The North Aud Block.

Part of the parcel that originally housed the Buffalo Sabres, and before that a once bustling site of canal-based commerce, the Block today sits adjacent to a new children’s museum, a repurposed portion of the Erie Canal, Metro Rail and bus connections, nearby hotels and mixed-use development as well as two highways.

The North Aud Block is bounded by Lower Terrace to the north, Main Street to the east, the canals to the south, and Commercial and Pearl streets to the west. See a map of property here.

Please respond to the prompts and questions below to give us a sense of what you would like to see on a redeveloped North Aud Block.
