NOPE stands for Narcan Overdose Prevention Education

This virtual training is available to businesses and community groups located in Macomb County, MI.  All of the NOPE trainings include free Narcan kits.  Participants will learn how to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose, how to use Narcan, and where further help is available in our community. 

Additional options are available to book a longer training that covers more information (see below).

* 7. If you have substance abuse professionals within your agency, we can offer MCBAP approved Continuing Education Units for Prevention.  Please note, this option requires at least a two week notice to set up.  Would you like us to offer the Prevention CEU's for this training?

What happens next?

We will be in touch with the contact person you've listed to confirm the type of training you've selected, and let you know if we're available on one of the dates/ times you've selected.

Once the training is confirmed, we will ask your contact person to send us a list of participants, including their name, email address, and mailing address. This information is needed to send the participants the link to the training, links to the pre-, post-, and follow-up surveys, and send certificates (if requested). We will also use that information for our records, if participants are requesting free Narcan kits.
