Its goal is to better understand how people who live or work in New Orleans East experience local climate stressors (such as flooding, extreme heat, and extreme weather) and what priorities they see for building a stronger, more resilient community.
Your input is essential. You see and experience things in your neighborhood that data and research alone can’t capture. The information you share will be combined with results from the
New Orleans East Climate Vulnerability & Risk Assessment Workshop to help build a clearer picture of community needs and strengths. These efforts will guide future planning, funding, and resilience projects led by the New Orleans East Green Infrastructure Collective, helping shape real actions that make the community safer and better prepared for climate challenges.
