What's the Overall Impact of ERISA Litigation?

Seems like every week – and sometimes more than once a week – there’s a new suit filed against plan fiduciaries.

This week, we’d like to know what you think the impact of the litigation thus far - and where you think we go from here.
1.While the causes - and realities - and outcomes - of ERISA litigation are varied, do you think the litigation has been (check all that apply):
2.As noted above, while the causes - and realities - and outcomes - of ERISA litigation are varied, overall how would you characterize the overall impact of the litigation (choose one):
3.Which, if any, changes have you recommended to your plan sponsor clients/prospects as a result of (or perhaps inspired by) litigation?
4.About which, if any, of the issues raised by the fiduciary/excessive fee litigation do you find that plan sponsors are most concerned?
5.Have you shared NAPA-Net articles regarding the litigation, settlements, or judgements with plan sponsor clients/prospects?
6.What area(s) do you think are going to be the next - or are at least ripe - target(s) for fiduciary litigation?
7.Any other comments about fiduciary litigation, the merits of fiduciary litigation, the costs of fiduciary litigation, the consequences of fiduciary litigation, the response to fiduciary litigation, the implications of fiduciary litigation, or life in general?
8.What is your role working with retirement plans?
9.What size plans do you PRIMARILY work with?
10.Suggestions for future survey questions?  Specifically, it's been suggested that it would be good to get feedback on different aspects of practice management - which one(s) would YOU like to know more about from your fellow advisors?
