2021 Northern Scholarship Application

This 2021-22 application will be used to determine eligibility for current and prospective students to receive the Northern Scholarship and other institutional scholarships. Northern considers a variety of factors in determining scholarship awards, including campus and community involvement, academic major, and personal experiences. Please complete this application no later than Friday, May 21, 2021.

Students selected for the Northern Scholarship will receive an award of $1,000 for the 2021-2022 academic year. These funds will be applied equally in the amounts of $500 for the fall and $500 for the spring semesters, upon verification of students' full time course registration for each term

There are no citizenship requirements to be eligible for scholarships. College students, high school seniors, high school equivalency students, and international students are encouraged to apply. Priority will be given to students who register for the fall semester by May 24, 2021

Applications will be reviewed by a committee. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Application deadline is May 21, 2021. Please contact the Financial Aid office for more information: finaid@nnmc.edu or 505-747-2128.

Award recipients will be notified the week of June 7, 2021 via the student's nnmc email.
