Welcome to the Nomination Form for GPA-NCA Board of Directors elections for 2017! This form must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on Sunday, November 6, 2016.

Please indicate in #2 through #6 below the name of the individual you would like to nominate for each position. All candidates must be a member of GPA-NCA in good standing as of November 1, 2016.
