NNEDV Safety Net's Technology Survey

Why We Are Doing This Survey?

This survey collects information on technology use from domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and trafficking programs in order to develop training and resource materials on the intersection of technology and violence for victim service agencies. This survey was developed by the Safety Net Project at the National Network to End Domestic Violence, supported by an Office for Victims of Crime grant. The Safety Net Project has been educating service providers on issues that relate to technology and violence for more than 10 years.

Why Should I Fill Out This Survey?

After we analyze the data received, we will develop webinars and resource materials (handouts/tipsheets) that will be available to all victim service agencies. To see other resources we have already developed, visit www.nnedv.org/safetynetdocs.

How Long Will the Survey Take? Who Should Take the Survey?

This survey should take about 20-30 minutes to finish. Because of the in-depth questions, ideally we would prefer the person who fills out this survey be someone who knows about the types of technologies your agency use and how it’s used. You will also need to know the type of technology misuse victims report to your program as well.

More Questions?

If you have any questions, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions that accompanied the link to this survey or email us at safetynet@nnedv.org.

Taking this survey is optional, but we encourage and ask you to please take the time to fill it out. We want your input and to know what you are seeing in your programs so we can enhance the trainings and technical assistance that we have been providing and will continue to provide.
