Community Perceptions

The Health and Human Services Sub Committee of the Wood County Economic Development Commission has developed this survey to gain input regarding your perceptions, views, and thoughts about current health care and human services in the County and areas that need attention. The objective is to bring about improvement for those currently living within the County, as well as, to make it more attractive in the future for prospective new residents and businesses. Please answer the questions honestly. This survey is completely anonymous. To protect your anonymity, no data on IP addresses will be collected.
