COVID 19 Lessons Learned- Resident Feedback

COVID-19 has resulted in an unprecedented situation and we are so proud of how our Shannex teams came together to respond and keep residents, and each other, safe. We are in this together.

We are still responding to the situation but as restrictions begin to relax, we want to pause and reflect on how things went- what worked well, what didn’t, any improvements you want to suggest or other things to think about in the future. We will use your feedback to inform our plans for what the “new normal” looks like and in updating our current pandemic plan for any future waves.

We are interested in hearing your feedback on anything you feel is relevant. You might think about areas like how and when precautions were put in place, how information and decisions were shared, the Designated Care/Cohorting Units or how you were cared for.
