Provides vision, manages calendar, and organizes and runs meetings. Arranges speakers. Coordinates events/meetings with Church and reports to Church. Responsible for approval of budget and coordinating with finance and fundraising. Responds to new members/inquiries and serves as the main point of contact. Coordinates Alumni events.) SERVICE PROJECTS (Coordinates & Leads the service projects for MOPS, including working with the charities served.) HOSPITALITY (Manages meal/food service coordination and stock for meetings, centerpieces, names tags, and Welcome Table. Welcomes new members and serves as a point to help direct members to resources.) MOPPETS KIDS (Coordinates with Child & Nursery Directors about curriculum and issues. Manages child care. Coordinates snack donations. Serves as contact for moms regarding child care.) CHAPLAIN (Coordinates & Leads Spiritual and sensitive matters/needs of moms, including following up with moms needing support. Sends cards and year-end thank you gifts. Directs moms to resources to help.) PUBLICITY/COMMUNICATIONS (Sends weekly & announcement MOPS emails. Manages/updates social media for MOPS. Serves as financial liaison with church. Reports on financial health at meetings. Coordinates with Leadership for scholarship consideration for members.
