COORDINATOR/(This is the "Chair" of the Leadership Team, picks the team, and provides teamed Mentor Mom support. Provides vision, manages calendar, and organizes and runs meetings. Arranges speakers. Coordinates events/meetings with Church and reports to Church. Responsible for approval of budget and coordinating with finance and fundraising. Responds to new members/inquiries and serves as the main point of contact. Coordinates Alumni events.)

SERVICE PROJECTS (Coordinates & Leads the service projects for MOPS, including working with the charities served.)

HOSPITALITY (Manages meal/food service coordination and stock for meetings, centerpieces, names tags, and Welcome Table. Welcomes new members and serves as a point to help direct members to resources.)

MOPPETS KIDS (Coordinates with Child & Nursery Directors about curriculum and issues. Manages child care. Coordinates snack donations. Serves as contact for moms regarding child care.)

CHAPLAIN (Coordinates & Leads Spiritual and sensitive matters/needs of moms, including following up with moms needing support. Sends cards and year-end thank you gifts. Directs moms to resources to help.)

PUBLICITY/COMMUNICATIONS (Sends weekly & announcement MOPS emails. Manages/updates social media for MOPS. Creates and coordinates publicity, flyers, and advertising.)

CREATIVE ACTIVITIES (Coordinates and leads crafts and games for seeing.)

FINANCE (Drafts proposed budget. Serves as financial liaison with church. Reports on financial health at meetings. Coordinates with Leadership for scholarship consideration for members. Ensures finance obligations and compliance are met. Establishes mom registration procedure in coordination with Leadership. Works with Fundraising closely.)

FUNDRAISING (Identifies opportunities for fundraisers. Manages and organizes approved fundraisers, coordinating volunteer and preparation, including annual BINGO/Silent Auction. Manages solicitations and donation letters. Works with church and Leadership to coordinate fundraising, report status, and lawful compliance. Updates records and reports to Team.)

ASSISTANT COORDINATOR (Assists Coordinator with her duties as requested. May serve to coordinate Speakers and take meeting minutes. Runs meetings if Coordinator is unavailable.)

CONNECTION DEVELOPMENT (Helps to develop and coordinate events so moms can further bond outside of regular MOPS meetings, such as hikes, playdates and community festivals. Coordinates with church to help moms participate in relevant church events. Helps Team with Alumni events, volunteers coordination, and service projects. Researches and shares relevant resources and opportunities for moms. )
