Middletown Stormwater Improvement Project: Resident Feedback
The Middletown Township Board of Supervisors has awarded a contract to Foresite Concepts to construct stormwater improvements in the heart of the Langhorne Gables neighborhood. Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2025 and is expected to continue through February 2026.
To share project details and answer questions, the Township hosted an informational open-house meeting on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 from 6pm- 8pm at the Raymond P Mongillo Community Center in Levittown.
The meeting was open to all interested residents, especially those living near the planned construction area. Township staff and project representatives were be available to discuss the improvements, review project maps, and address any concerns.

Once construction begins, residents are reminded to obey all posted signage and follow the direction of workers to ensure safety.
