The Western Washington PGA is proud to announce the launch of a Chapter PGA LEAD program, a leadership development initiative designed to identify, mentor, and prepare PGA Members and Associates for volunteer leadership roles within the Association — beginning at the Chapter level and ideally progressing to Section and National positions.

The program features virtual training sessions on topics such as board governance and leadership, in-person meetings, and mentorship opportunities with experienced PGA Professionals — all aimed at developing the next generation of Chapter leaders.

Program Details:
  • Eligibility: Open to PGA Members and Associates in good standing who have completed Level 1 of the PGA PGM Program.
  • Requirements: Participants must demonstrate a desire to serve the Association and a passion for leadership and governance.
  • Commitment: PGA LEADers will be expected to attend monthly virtual meetings and in-person sessions throughout the year.
  • Engagement: Participants are strongly encouraged to join and actively participate in Chapter committees.
