In the beginning of the year I set big goals. I think I'm on track. Hold on, let me just check what my goals were....

Don't mess. I have every minute of my day scheduled on Google Calendar.

Well...I'm very good at checking my email.

Of course. Aren't clients just a pain?!

Why would they be? I set the expectations very clearly from the start.

Some and some. I think it's just a personality thing.

That would be silly. We have the process all detailed out in Trello.

Our clients expect us to be creative. We can't plan in advance how we will do things.

There is a basic structure we try to follow, but many things just can't be predicted.

Why do we need an advantage?

We are just better. Can't explain.

We know what separates us from the competition.

We are constantly analyzing the market and ensuring that our prices represents our value.

I think. We raised our prices a few years ago.

Who cares about quality? We need quantity.

Systems? What's that? I have a business to run.

I love systems, but I have to admit that things to many times fall through the cracks.

We have a system for everything. Literally.
