Equity in Leadership Peer Circle for Underrepresented Executive Directors Intake Survey

Thank you for your interest in Capacity Canada’s monthly ED Peer Group for Underrecognized Leaders!

This will be a resource for non-profit leaders who identify as Black, Indigenous and Racialized (BIR) or 2SLGBTQIA+. Each month from September 2025-June 2026, there will be a two-hour meeting facilitated by two of Capacity Canada’s Executives in Residence: Colleen James and Scott Williams. Each meeting will be divided in half; one half for a guest speaker who will share relevant tools and resources, and one half for a confidential discussion amongst members. This will be a closed group with 8-10 participants. Each month we will provide light refreshments. The meetings will be held at a central location in Waterloo Region.
