BUF COVID TASK FORCE SURVEY

The BUF COVID Task Force was formed by the Board of Trustees to keep abreast of CDC and State guidelines concerning the pandemic and to provide recommendations to the Board about Fellowship operations during these uncertain times.

This completely anonymous poll will help the Task Force provide the best guidance to the Board. As circumstances change, we may send out additional polls.
