The
New Leader Orientation
is a cohort-based program which starts with a Welcome Session [in-person], then a full-day webinar [Microsoft Teams], followed by a series of weekly focused workshops [Microsoft Teams]. This program focuses on the core functional areas of management –
Occupational Health, Safety and Wellness, Resource Management (Finance), Recruitment Services for Included Positions
and
Performance Management
and provides further support in areas such as
EDMP, Risk Management, Feedback Conversations
and more.
This program is designed for those who are within the first 90 days of their leadership role or who are considering leadership positions within VCH. This program is introductory and welcomes new leaders who want to enhance their overall knowledge and skills in core management functions.
And, if you missed this program when you first started your leadership role, you are more than welcome to join now.
