TAPAZ and Vitalyst Health Foundation are partnered with the Nonprofit Lifecycles Institute to help organizations frame their capacity strengthening needs. Completing the Lifecycle Selfie will help you to identify your capacity strengths and challenges, it will also help you to discuss with funders and supporters of your organization opportunities for capacity strengthening.  We believe that completing this assessment is a valuable capacity building tool in itself for an organization and is a required component of being a fiscally sponsored by TAPAZ. 
 
You will receive your Lifecycle Selfie results upon completion and a duplicate will be sent to TAPAZ. The Selfie will be used in discussions with the TAPAZ team.
