MidAtlantic Fiber Association Fellowship Application 2017

This application is specifically for the 2017 MAFA Conference. You must be a member in good standing with your MAFA guild or a MAFA associate member in good standing within a MAFA region. Each MAFA guild may support the application of one guild member only.

The completed application materials (form, letter of recommendation, essay) must be submitted electronically no later than April 1, 2017. Please send everything to the Grants Committee at mafagrants@mafafiber.org.

You must be registered in a workshop before applying for a Conference 2017 Fellowship

The last two questions call for uploading of documents, as Word or PDF formats. Most versions of Microsoft Word in use today allow documents to be Saved As PDF--but if you have difficulties uploading these files you may choose to submit them as email attachments.
