The aim of this survey is to better understand how the Trust can represent and respond to the views,
interests, and concerns of St Albans City FC supporters, and those with a genuine interest in the club’s
future and wellbeing.
Participation is entirely voluntary and anonymous. We will be sharing the results of the survey with club
officials
No personally identifiable information will be collected as part of this survey unless you explicitly choose
to provide contact details at the end. All responses will be kept strictly confidential and stored securely.
Data will be held only for as long as necessary for analysis and reporting, and will be permanently
deleted within six months of collection.
This survey involves no foreseeable risk, harm, or discomfort to participants. The findings may be used
for internal planning, supporter engagement activities, or shared publicly to demonstrate trends in
supporter opinion. However, no individual will ever be identifiable in any published or shared material.
