2.Survey Introduction
The Nebraska Library Commission is evaluating programs and services supported through the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA). We are asking library users and community members to tell us how library services have affected their access to information, learning, digital skills, quality of life, and connection to the community.
This survey should take approximately 5–7 minutes. Your responses are confidential and will be reported only in summary form. Participation is voluntary, and you may skip any question you do not wish to answer.
