Gasworks' Local Showcase is a new initiative that offers a professional performance venue for artists and groups who live, work or rehearse in the City of Port Phillip. The showcase is open to performances of all styles and genres.

What are we looking for?
We want to celebrate you, the local performers and artists who contribute such vitality to our local community.  We are looking for performance ready acts between 45 and 90 minutes (no interval) to perform 1-2 shows from Saturday April 6 to Saturday April 13 2019.  We welcome diverse acts across all genres of the performing arts. 

Artist Offer
• A show in the Gasworks Theatre (192 audience capacity) or the Studio theatre (60 audience capacity), in the evening or during the day depending on content.
• A professional technician to operate the show
• Two professional front of house staff to run box office and foyer bar
• Online ticketing services
• Inclusion in our Season 2019 Brochure
• Inclusion in our regular newsletters
• $500 guarantee against 40% of box office for shows in the Gasworks Theatre (whichever higher)
• $250 guarantee against 40% of box office shows in the Studio Theatre (whichever higher)
