Sponsors: Ohio Fire Chiefs Association, Ohio Association of Professional Fire Fighters, Ohio State Firefighters Association

Confidentiality: Survey responses are completely anonymous and confidential

The Ohio fire service community is coming together to support the well-being of First Responders. The Ohio Fire Chiefs Association, the Ohio Association of Professional Fire Fighters, and the Ohio State Firefighters Association are once again jointly sponsoring a statewide First Responder Mental Health Survey.
This survey will identify key stressors, needs, and gaps in support across Ohio and help guide future mental health and wellness resources that reflect the realities of the job.
Your participation is vital. Survey responses are completely anonymous and confidential—no identifying information will be collected or shared, and results will only be reported in aggregate.
The survey link has been emailed to all individuals holding a current certification with the Ohio Department of Public Safety, Division of EMS Agency. Make your voice heard and help strengthen support for Ohio’s first responders.
