Application for Space during MACRUC 2026 Annual Education Conference

NOTE: Reception is on Monday night. Meetings are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning.

Please fully complete this application to request space during the MACRUC Annual Education Conference (AEC) at the Hilton Columbus Downtown.

Applicant events may not conflict with the MACRUC AEC agenda. The MACRUC name may not be used in subject lines of correspondence to attendees or invitations. All electronic correspondence and marketing for this event must include this disclaimer:
“This event is not a MACRUC sponsored event nor is it part of the MACRUC official meeting agenda." MACRUC will provide TWO LISTS with registration names, emails and registration category to organizers of approved functions.

MACRUC will make introductions to the appropriate hotel point of contact once the event request is approved.
Applicant will enter into a separate agreement directly with the hotel. The Applicant is solely responsible for this agreement and must abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the hotel. MACRUC is not a party to the agreement and is not responsible for its terms, execution, or enforcement.

Final guarantees and all payment arrangements must be coordinated directly with the hotel.
MACRUC does not provide onsite support or troubleshooting for applicant event logistics, AV, items shipped or catering.
