About the techpartner.news MSP Index

MSPs operating in Australia play a vital role managing business-critical IT, dealing with cybersecurity threats and helping Australian organisations operate more productively and cost-effectively.

The techpartner.news MSP Index gives these MSPs an opportunity to:
  • Be listed in a directory of MSPs operating in Australia published by techpartner.news, and be featured in an article series published by iTnews, which is ready by many thousands of technology decision makers in Australian end-user organisations
  • Provide data for a barometer of business maturity, opportunities and challenges in the Australian MSP landscape, to help MSPs and other IT providers, and others such as investors, business acquirers and MSP customers, better understand this landscape. We will add to this data over time. At a later date, we will invite MSPs to tell us more about other aspects of their business.
  • Gain networking, information and thought leadership opportunities by being invited to MSP Index events in different states, and to other sponsored events relevant to MSPs
How will this data be used?
  • Answers to clearly marked questions will be published in the MSP Index by techpartner.news and iTnews, and in our reporting
  • Anonymised data from the rest of the survey will be reported by us, to help the industry better understand the local MSP landscape. At a later date, we will invite MSPs to tell us more about other aspects of their business
  • We will use the data to find MSPs to invite to sponsored events
