1. Research Project Briefing

This current study seeks to investigate perceptions of robotic assisted surgery (RAS) held by practitioners involved in robotic surgery, patients treated with robotic surgery, and the general public. Through statistical analysis, it is our aim to correlate varying perceptions of robotic surgery with causal factors in an effort to better understand the current social perception of robotic assisted surgery.

If you choose to participate in this study, you will be asked to complete the following short survey. The survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

Participation in this study is voluntary, should you decide at any time, that you no longer want to participate simply discontinue the survey with no adverse effects. Participants are under no obligation to answer any question they do not feel comfortable with. Participants can be assured that any data they provide will be kept confidential and anonymous.

* 1. Are/have you been involved in a robotic assisted surgery operating room?

* 2. Have you undergone robotic assisted surgery?

* 3. Does your profession involve any type of patient care or biomedical applications?
