Let Government and Industry know the value of tourism for future decision making.

The purpose of this survey is to document the contributions of operator activities to the economy, gain a better understanding of which marine areas businesses operate and identify specific challenges and issues operators are facing. This will help inform the Federal government's Marine Protected Area (MPA) planning process and the general work of the WTA.  This will also help us keep you informed of government processes that may affect your area of operation, as well as your general business operations.

All survey responses are confidential and reported only in the aggregate (i.e. combined and presented as a group). Many of you have already completed the inital survey sent out that provided us with a general overview of your business. This second survey will help provide us with a more complete picture of the contributions tourism makes to help to support the need for our industry to be a part of the decision making process.

If you have any questions, you are welcome to send an email or call Scott Benton, WTA Executive Director at scott.benton@wilderness-tourism.bc.ca or (250) 338-3155
