MRC Annual Election Sector Nomination Form

Nominations are due by Thursday, November 17, 2022

In accordance with Article VIII, Section 3, of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (“NERC”) Bylaws, NERC is holding its annual election to replace the Member Representatives Committee (“MRC”) sector members whose terms expire in February 2023. The annual sector election will fill the one open seat of each of the twelve sectors of the MRC. The newly elected representatives’ terms will expire in February 2025.

The ballot period for the NERC Annual Election begins on December 14, 2022 and ends at midnight on December 23, 2022. The elected members will represent their sector on the MRC beginning February 2023 and the term will expire February 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: For your nomination to be valid, you or your organization must be registered as a NERC Member in the sector for which you are submitting a nomination. The nominee or their organization can either be registered in your sector or the Associate Sector (Sector 13). To check or confirm your organization's NERC Membership status, please visit: NERC Membership List. An entity and its affiliates are collectively permitted to have only one NERC membership. If your entity has recently experienced an organizational change that has resulted in your entity and its affiliates having more than the one permitted membership, please contact nercmembership@nerc.net.
