Dear Parent, Faculty, Student, or Community Member:
In an effort to determine the impact of the implementation of the uniform dress code on Illing Middle School students, your input is being sought. Please provide a respone to each of the following statements which will be used to inform
year two of the dress code implementation at Illing Middle School.
