Forest Hill Nature Preschool Summer Camp Registration

We are preparing for our upcoming Summer Daycare Camp 2020. We will be offering summer daycare services (7 AM-6 PM) to all current, incoming, and former Preschool students ages 2-9. During the summer, we organize activities, crafts, special events, and projects for the children using a camp-style thematic approach. Each week, the daycare activities center around a different theme. Children are invited to come part-time or full-time depending on your family’s daycare needs and your child’s desire for fun peer-group activities. Because we offer half-day and full-day options, you can customize a schedule to meet your availability during the summer months. Because each week begins and ends a new theme, children can register for one week at a time as if attending a summer camp. Please review the following price and option list and complete this form if you would like to register your child for part or all of our summer program. We have received many requests for the summer program from former and incoming students and want to make sure that everyone has an opportunity to register. There is a $25 fee for summer registration to cover supplies and reserve space in the summer program. Registration fees and tuition billing will all be billed on a Brighthwheel account, set up for your child and can be paid through the Brightwheel app.  Billing statements are sent weekly based on your child’s schedule in the program. This year we will be setting up schedules based on your registration form.  After you complete this form for registration, we will send you a copy of your registered dates for the summer session. Please keep the schedule for future reference through the summer months.  Parents can email changes in the schedule up to a five days before the start of each week. We will use the weekly schedules to plan for staff coverage and billing.

Half-day Rate: $30/half day (Half day is in AM, pick up by 12 PM)

Full-day Rate: $60/full day

Full Week Rate: $200/week
